Program Outcomes:

Last year we served 212 children/youth in our Faucette House Program where:

  • 100% did not have any substantiated abuse/neglect while in care
  • 100% felt safe while in care
  • 85% were discharged to a less restrictive setting or permanent family
  • 98% had regular visitation with appropriate family
  • 98% remained stable while in care

Last year we served 33 girls in our Anchor House Program where:

  • 97% did not have any substantiated abuse/neglect while in care
  • 100% felt safe while in care
  • 90% were discharged to a less restrictive setting or permanent family
  • 97% had regular visitation with appropriate family
  • 92% showed behavioral improvement
  • 91% remained stable while in care
  • 100% attended school daily; 92% showed academic improvement; 40% served for a minimum of one grading period made A/B Honor Roll

Last year we served 21 youth in our Transitional Living Program where:

  • 100% obtained safe housing at discharge
  • 38% purchased vehicles for transportation
  • 92% of those who did not previously have one, were connected with a primary care doctor
  • 90% obtained employment; 92% of these maintained employment at discharge
  • Youth completed 185 hours in volunteer service
  • 48% received assistance with school enrollment; 2 youth received a high school diploma

Our Family Strengthening program served 38 families (104 youth and 47 parents) last year where:

  • 96% had no substantiated cases of abuse/neglect while in care
  • 93% of parents showed a positive change in knowing how to manage their children's behavior
  • 85% of parents showed improved developmental expectations for their child
  • 90% of the families who began services completed them
  • 89% of the families that completed services last year showed an increase in healthy family functioning

Our Empowering Families program served 405 families (839 youth and 423 parents) last year where:

  • 103 families completed services; 100% of these showed an increase in healthy family functioning
  • 96% who achieved their goals at case closure had no new substantiated cases of abuse/neglect
  • 47% accepted services; 86% of these completed services
  • 38 cases were referred back to DSS for investigation due to safety concerns
