We provide around-the-clock care in a safe, home-like environment where girls may heal from abuse or neglect and gain skills that help them succeed. Serving girls from all across the state who are 11 to 19 years old, our professional staff oversee organized activities that build skills necessary for meaningful and productive lives in the future.
The Hope Center for Children is certified as a sponsor site in the Teaching-Family Model, an evidence-based program that is proven to lead to positive behavioral changes for children and adults. The Teaching-Family Model is used in our Anchor House program, with staff teaching and modeling sustainable life skills and thoughtful behavior, leading to positive outcomes for the girls in our care. We use this program because it is proven to yield positive outcomes for girls in our care!
